Who we are
We are a boutique development company with combined experience of more than 50 years.
Ricdanic is a Melbourne-based development company founded by Willie Brouze in 1997, after more than 25 years in the construction industry. As well as our own developments, we offer development and project management services to clients who demand accountability, attention to detail and high-level management skills.
The knowledge and expertise we have acquired over many years allow us to bring complex projects together in the industrial, commercial, residential and sub-division spheres.
Wilie Brouze
Founder and CEO
After completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Building, Willie spent five years working for South Africa's second-largest contractor in high-rise construction. In 1980, he started his own construction company in South Africa. It grew to employ more than 200 people and specialised in mid-sized industrial and commercial buildings and developments.
Since arriving in Australia Willie has developed and project managed many commercial, residential and industrial projects.
Dale joined Ricdanic in 2016 after nine years working for leading Australian construction companies. During this time he was involved in significant construction projects across the education, health, community, residential and commercial sectors.
Dale holds degrees from Melbourne University in Property and Construction, and in Planning and Design.
What we do.
As well as our own developments, we work across development and project management for clients, delivering a turnkey solution.
At Ricdanic our own projects include new industrial, commercial and residential developments as well as land sub-divisions. We conduct market research, assess highest and best use and handle the entire development and project management process in-house.

Evelyn,Ringwood
With 40 apartments, eight offices and two retail shops over seven levels, this boutique mixed-use development was designed with many sustainable features.
These include solar panels, rain water harvesting system, energy efficient fixtures and fittings and insulation as well as large windows to maximise natural light.
OSLO Apartments,Bentleigh East
This architecturally designed building brings the busy main street corner to life. It comprises 29 one and two bedroom apartments and one retail unit over two basements and five levels.
The building features solar panels, efficient insulation, rain water harvesting system and energy-saving fixtures and fittings.
Union Road,Surrey Hills
This architecturally designed building brings the busy main street corner to life. It comprises 29 one and two bedroom apartments and one retail unit over two basements and five levels.

Central Chabad Synagogue,Caulfield South
Ricdanic developed and project managed this building as a pro bono project to the community. The main synagogue accommodates 800 seats surrounding a double volume void.
A large entry foyer separates the community space from the Synagogue and the imported materials create a connection between the community and Israel.
