Who we are

We are a boutique development company with combined experience of more than 50 years.

Ricdanic is a Melbourne-based development company founded by Willie Brouze in 1997, after more than 25 years in the construction industry. As well as our own developments, we offer development and project management services to clients who demand accountability, attention to detail and high-level management skills.

The knowledge and expertise we have acquired over many years allow us to bring complex projects together in the industrial, commercial, residential and sub-division spheres.

Inside and out, our projects reflect our attention to detail. We know good design sells and maintains value.

Willie Brouze

After completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Building, Willie spent five years working for South Africa's second-largest contractor in high-rise construction. In 1980, he started his own construction company in South Africa. It grew to employ more than 200 people and specialised in mid-sized industrial and commercial buildings and developments.

Since arriving in Australia Willie has developed and project managed many commercial, residential and industrial projects.

Dale Brouze
Development and Project Manager

Dale joined Ricdanic in 2016 after nine years working for leading Australian construction companies. During this time he was involved in significant construction projects across the education, health, community, residential and commercial sectors.

Dale holds degrees from Melbourne University in Property and Construction, and in Planning and Design.

What we do.

As well as our own developments, we work across development and project management for clients, delivering a turnkey solution.

At Ricdanic our own projects include new industrial, commercial and residential developments as well as land sub-divisions. We conduct market research, assess highest and best use and handle the entire development and project management process in-house.

Whether we decide to hold the property or offer the completed project to the market, our focus is always on good design and quality construction. Our aim is to provide the occupants and owners of our buildings with good investment value and many years of satisfying use.

As developers ourselves, we are well placed to manage your development from site appraisal, feasibility analysis and acquisition, including finance procurement, right through to marketing, leasing and sales co-ordination. Our experience across all asset classes means we can advise you on the highest and best use for a given site and our project management expertise delivers a quality result every time.

We also know that accurate reporting is crucial for transparency, and we won't shy away from open and frank conversations when required. This ensures that all stakeholders know exactly where they stand. As a small company, we know our reputation is our greatest asset and that motivates us to provide every client with the highest level of service.

Both Willie and Dale Brouze have construction industry backgrounds, so your project is in experienced hands. From project planning and programming through to commissioning and hand-over, we ensure that the project is on-track, the quality of work is maintained, and costs are carefully managed.
